We’re constantly conditioned to think that more = better through advertisements, social media posts, and email subscriptions. And if we take it one step further, often, we’re taught that we will only be celebrated when we achieve this “more.” But Zechariah 4:10 says differently; it tells us that, despite “small beginnings,” God “rejoices to see the work begin.” God rejoices at the small beginnings.
